Scope of Explicit Consent

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 — KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) — I give my explicit consent for the identity, contact and music profile information I share during registration to be processed by the Müzik Hackathon organisation for the purpose of managing membership and competition processes.

Data Processed

Full name, Turkish ID number (stored encrypted), date of birth, city, email, phone number, musical interests and experience; works and performance content shared as part of an application.

Data Security and Retention

The ID number is stored only in encrypted form, solely to prevent duplicate registrations, and is not shared with third parties. Data is retained for as long as membership continues or for the period required by law.

My Rights

I understand that I can exercise my rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (requesting information, correction or deletion, and objecting) through the organisation's contact channels. I may withdraw my consent at any time.
